About the Game
Flag Code Violation!™ is a game. It is meant to be fun for all ages, stimulating discussion among its participants.
This game focuses on the U.S. Flag Code and its application to the world around us. Readers will learn proper U.S. flag etiquette while engaging in competition driven dialogue (often boisterous) among companions.
While you are enjoying the game, and the comradery of your fellow vexillophiles,* you will be simultaneously developing and honing your critical thinking skills. This will occur through interpreting the vagaries (and frequent inconsistencies) of the law and its progeny precedent, while defending your assertions of “Flag Code Violation!,™” and refuting the claims of your competitors.
This game has been field tested through over a decade of play by the author’s family during road trip vacations, shopping errands, parades, sporting events, travel and beyond.
It is easy to learn, challenging to master, and addictive to a fault.

The Record of Renown™
